2. Quote & Deposit — I send price + timeline; 50% deposit secures your spot.

3. Sketch & Palette — I share a quick composition + color direction for approval.

4. Painting — Layers, sanding, and glazing (my usual process). I send one mid-point update.

5. Finish & Delivery — Final photos for approval; balance due; delivery or pickup

Typical timeline: 6–8 weeks (rush available).

What I Need From You

• Photos (if place-specific): the widest, clearest view you have (no heavy filters).

• Mood: 3–5 words (e.g., calm, overcast, pale pinks, lots of space).

• Palette: any “must include/avoid” colors (I work in muted blues,greys and greens).

• 16×20 in — $800

• 18×24 in — $1,000

• 24×36 in — $1,500

  Most commissions are completed within 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity and size.
